grabe, it’s true pala, ang mahal na magkasakit ngayon. imagine, 4 days lng ako sa hospital, the amount was P67k!!! wala pa PFs nun ng 3 doctors ha? hindi nmn ako nagpaopera. simple room lang ito ha? as in no ref at ang washroom eh as in washroom lang, ndi bathroom. the nurse wasn’t lying pala when she said, “ma’m, eto po ubusin ntin, mahal nito eh” referring to the antibiotic that was attached to me. as in almost 5k. eh 2 bottles nun a day ako. gosh!

hay, buti na lang may maxicare.

at buti na lang i was released na today. kahapon ko pa nga gustong umuwi at miss na miss ko na si mikee. akalain mong umiiyak ako tanghaling tapat while watching “sinabawang gulay”?!?! baliw! haha. favorite kasi ni mikee yun tapos first time ko mahiwalay k mikee ng ganung katagal.

still nanghihina. pero basta, i’m glad to be back!

i wanted to change my overlay using mikee’s bday pics.

this is what i got:

i didn’t use fluk, and my blog snip wasn’t working anymore. for this new overlay, i used 2 slides (one for my scrappages and another for party pics)

in my opinion, the previous overlay (in our formal wear with the sunset and all) is nicer than the new one. but i’d like to show how much Mikee has grown eh, plus i like to add her birthday pics (added 7 album links too)

i was sleeping (for 3 hours pa lang) when hubby showed me CDs from John Aguas. Mikee’s birthday pics are here! i got up, resized the pics, emailed some to my FIL, posted at my multiply, friendster and webshots, emailed these links to my aunts abroad and of course, posted my supplier reviews here in my blog and at the GT board. whew!

yesterday, I was able to get Mikee’s gown, pinata and guestbook. and today, bought pinata candies and stockings for her shoes (hindi pwedeng wala, baka masakit sa paa). the shoes I bought last Tuesday from Landmark for only P187.75. I saw a lot of inexpensive pairs there which I plan to buy for the next few months. Sobrang cute, like a pink leather sandals (can’t remember the brand, but i remember the stall anyway).

another good news is, my parents-in-law gave several packs of chocolates. so we were able to add 4 twix and 1 snickers (minis) to each giveaway backpack.

hay, salamat, makapag-beauty rest na nga.

once i saw death in the eyes of a loved one. it’s a sad memory but the one i don’t want to let go. i had so much pain that my brain decided to erase some memories (they have a scientific definition and explanation for this — selective amnesia) just the happy moments stayed. but that particular night, i remember. i was praying, the 3rd night of my novena. i glanced upon a sad pair of eyes. then i cried, and contrary to my request, prayed that ok, sige na nga, it’s time. the next day, those eyes closed forever.

then it hit me, all along they were waiting for me to let go. i didn’t want to. but i did anyway. 

now, i know my whispers travel faster than light.
