Last friday, the team had dinner together (considering we have different shifts) sort of despedida for me. No it’s not mushy (just not my thing) but it’s good. Or it made me feel good in some way.

My manager talked to me and informed me that we will have a different position/item starting november 1st. Sounds kinda cool, just in time coz that would be my first anniversary with the company.

No there’s no corresponding salary increase. boo!

Now, the new position has its advantages. For one, employees will have a higher market value. and the other, i guess, income bracket becomes wider. Which, come to think of it, becomes its disadvantage too. Coz you see, if the bracket widens, the next level will be much more difficult to attain. don’t you think?

Geez, I wonder if an online degree help me up another level.
