I reach the age when I don’t care much about how pretty I am. Just as long as I look presentable and feel comfortable, I’m good to go. But I know how it feels like to be young, and surrounded by critics. The pressure to be skinny, to be flawless and for the guys to be all muscled up, I understand perfectly. No wonder products like Orovo sell like hotcakes. But don’t fret, you’ll outgrow it.

I think each mom has some sideline to help augment the family budget. I remember my mom was into real estate. That’s how we got our first car, our home entertainment, some furniture and it meant more shopping for us. When she came home from a deal with a smiling face, I knew she was able close the deal. If only I could learn some from her expertise to be able to sell like that ones from Branson real estate, then that family trip we’ve been saving for will be all set.

I have been an avid fan of American Idol. For season 5, I remember rooting for Taylor Hicks from the very moment I saw him play his harmonica. I actually didn’t expect him to win at all.

Then I sort of skip the last season. But now for season 7, I’m torn apart among several contenders.

Ramielle Malubay – yes, I’m baised. I like her ‘coz she’s Pinay.

Brooke White – I love her sunny disposition!

Ok, seriously now. Here are my bets.

David Archuleta – if you don’t know why, you’re probably not watching.

Kady Malloy – I must admit she kept choosing the wrong songs for her performances but I LOOOOOVE her when she does her antics backstage. The Britney, and the Opera thing. She has IT! But it seems she hasn’t decided yet on what genre she wants to be in. That’s where she fails. But she’s my bet!
