hubby’s guardian angel
It is a benefit of the company where my husband and I are working that should you start or end your work between 10pm and 5am, you are entitled to be fetched by a company car from the office or from the house (whatever applies).
This week, his work starts at 5am. The driver comes by our house at 4:30am. Since this is very early, it is quite natural that my husband catches some sleep during travel.
Friday morning was like any other mornings. While on the main road (nearest to our house), my hubby closed his eyes to catch some sleep. Then he decided to open his eyes out of the blue. To his surprise, the car was about to hit under a 10-wheeler truck. Instinctively, he grabbed the wheel and turned it away from the truck. The car skidded. The driver apparently has fallen asleep too!
They hit the truck anyway. But on their side instead. No longer in danger.
Whoever woke my husband up (or whispered to open his eyes) is indeed his guardian angel.

nakakakilabot naman yun sis. basta ingat na lang kayo ni hubby palagi and don’t forget to pray for safety especially when traveling kahit yung pag pasok sa office.

yes girls, it was freaky. when hubby was telling me, thoughts of being a widow kept flashing on my mind and yes, i prayed to thank that he was safe and prayed more for his safety.
