I miss my former team mates. Although I do not regret transferring to another team, I miss them. But three of us have moved out. The team lead has accepted an offer to do a technical role which she had been eyeing. Another team mate has transferred to our rival company. Just the other day, we were chatting. Well, mainly he was asking for my personal email address so he could send life insurance quotes. Apparently, he has found a new racket to help augment the finances. He’s getting married soon I heard.

He asked me how I am with my new team. I am fine, really. It’s not the new team, it’s the job itself I am losing interest in.

I wonder if the same role in (our company but in) a different country would require the same working hours I am rendering now. That’s all I am complaining about. I missed those times that when the clock strikes 4pm, I’m off the hook.

Geez, I better start doing that Law-of-Attraction thingy tonight. I was good at it. Now, let’s see if I still got it.
