Sentosa: SKY RIDE
Packaged with the Luge ride is the Sky ride, unfortunately for me. I’m a bit afraid of heights. I remember I was too afraid of the heights when we rode the cable car in HK Ocean Park, which was enclosed. Now you can imagine my fear as we rode the sky ride which was like a bench, no enclosure, moving up in cables.
It’s a good thing though that I was too afraid to take videos as it started to rain when we were in mid air. I didn’t want the digicam to get all wet. That’s my excuse for wearing that ugly towel over my head.
At least, I’m sure I won’t get sick or have any skin infection such as eczema.
What you see in the background is real. That’s how high we were! My daughter was crying not because of the heights but because she was getting wet from the rain.
This is a shot from above (while riding the Tiger Sky Tower) of the Luge track and on the lower left side you can see the sky ride.
