bright sunshiny day

Yes this is how I would describe the weather today, complete contrast to that one yesterday.

But what exactly this post is about, is not the weather. This is about a last song heard by one of our pizza night buddies on their way to our place last night and asked us what TV ad it was. She apparently can’t remember. I said it has something to do with a drink probably coffee. (Yeah, I can’t remember too) But hubby insisted it is a Nesvita TV ad.

Although this also reminds me of the movie “The Breakup”. At the ending, you’ll hear “I can see clearly now…”

I couldn’t get over it so I googled, but there seems nothing that points to an ad. So here I am, watching local channel just to catch it. Nyahaha.

“It’s gonna be a bright, bright, sunshiny day!”

and the winner is…

David Cook! Yup, he’s the new American Idol. I’d say, he deserves to win! And I’m sure his album (once he makes one) will sell. :D

David vs David

Ok, so it’s David vs. David next week on the American Idol. I would definitely not miss that! See, David A. has a very good voice. But I think he will need much more than his voice to sell. I don’t know maybe he’s too young, or too nice-looking. Not sure why.

Between the two, my bet is David C. He has the voice, the style and the charm. I especially love his version of “Hello” (by Lionel Ritchie)

But I was told that David C could be gay. So I googled it. And I’m still confused if he is.
Anyway, I don’t care. I still think he deserves to win this season. :D

blog tv

People are so fond of reading others’ blogs. Why not take it to the next level? Watch them on live TV much like the Truman Show. The site is full of live shows of interesting (and intriguing) people and events. Or you too can sign up, set up a webcam and have a live broadcast of yourself. Who knows? You’re another talent waiting to be discovered.

Mike’s Top One

I’ve blogged before that one of our entries to the Morning Rush with Chico and Delamar made it to the Top Three. I was waiting for Chico to post it on his blog to link it here.

Hubby and I travel less than 2 hours, arriving the office before 9am. We don’t get to finish the shows. We just listen when we’re inside the car.

So it’s quite surprising to see that one of our entries made it to the Top One! (We just found out through Chico’s blog. Since hubby was the one who actually thought of the entry, I sent the entry as “Mike’s Bloggerhappy”)

Curious? Read here.

Go Ramielle!

I’m sure if you’re AI fanatic and Pinoy, you too were a bit anxious to know if Ramielle is eliminated tonight or not. With the judges’ comments last night, it’s a possibility it’s the end of the road for her.

So it was a relief to know that she wasn’t eliminated. She’s not even at the bottom three!

In my opinion, she sang well last night. It’s just that her song was gloomy and didn’t showcase her strong voice. :)

meet ken lee

I won’t be posting the Bb. Pilipinas Q&A video anymore. I bet you’ve seen that one.

I’d like to share another one that made me laugh.

“…tulibu dibu douchoo…”
“What language is that?”, asked the judge
without batting an eyelash she answered, “English!”

Now that’s confidence!

American Idol Results

I don’t know how he knew but hubby posted the results for tonight’s American Idol.

I kinda expect Danny to be out anyway. Simon really knows what he is talking about. So there’s no use giving him the attitude.

Geez, I like Kady. :(

Well, go Ramielle! :D
