Online Gifts That Will Leave Her Pampered From Tip to Toe.

Are you looking for a great gift for a special woman in your life? If so, a present that will pamper her from tip to toe is bound to be appreciated. There are many wonderful treats to make her feel fabulous you can buy online. From luxury spa days to sumptuous cashmere goodies, online shopping can provide you with superb and soothing gifts to make her feel amazing.

Spa gift basket

She will love the feel of a silk kimono slipping over her skin after a home treatment of luxurious aromatherapy oil. Spa gift baskets can contain these wonderful goodies, alongside highly scented candles, relaxing bath salts and moisturizer with natural rose extract. Almost any spa gift suitable to be used at home can be purchased in a basket to suit the individual taste of the woman you have in mind.

Spa experience

If you really want to indulge her, treat her to a deep massage, hot rock treatment and a manicure at a professional spa. Being pampered by experienced beauticians and therapists could be just what she needs to help her unwind and feel fantastic.

Cashmere

A super soft cashmere shawl or luxury throw will keep her warm and comforted on chilly evenings, while a cashmere hot water bottle cover will make sure that she stays toasty even in the coldest of nights. There are many great cashmere gifts available online, including sweaters, scarves, hats and blankets, all of which will make her feel cosseted and cozy.

Satin and lace

Combine the luxury and romance of satin and lace as a gift in the form of a beautiful nightgown or sumptuous teddy. Alternatively, a stunning satin chemise or set of lace lingerie is likely to be appreciated. Likewise, a satin headscarf or lace handkerchief will enchant her.

Pamper party

If she is highly sociable, as well as in need of TLC, she will enjoy a pamper party as a gift. A few hours spent with her friends being massaged, listening to relaxing music and drinking a bottle of champagne is bound to make her feel great.

Pamper parties can take place at home, which makes them cost effective. Organize special beauty treatments, cocktails, chocolate goodies and pastries and you will be in her good books for a long time to come.

Gorgeous bath treats

Make her swoon with the scent of indulgent jasmine bath pearls and the feel of lustrously sheer amber bath oil. Alternatively, provide her with an amazingly soft towel and robe to use after bathing.

Pedicure kit

A lavish pedicure kit presented in a beautiful box or basket, decorated with velvet roses that she can wear in her hair or pin to her clothing, might be just what she needs to make her feel special. Alternatively, a spa foot massager will make her feet tingle with delight.

Buying a wonderful gift to pamper an exceptional woman need not be difficult if you shop online. Any of these delightful gifts that appeal to the senses and encourage a beautiful mood will do the trick.

Overwhelmed.

My brother posted photos of himself carrying different guitars. He was asking for the family to vote on the best one that “matches” his personality. It was funny, because before he left the country, he was decided on what model (and color) he wants. But now, it seems that he’s overwhelmed. I told him to come home, and let’s just order online at squier guitar center. Hahaha.

Guess what? He got himself a guitar gig bag but no new guitar yet. Honestly, I think it doesn’t matter because he collects guitars. He will buy those on his photos, anyway, in a couple of years, one at a time.

Free time to shop.

My brother was in a business trip. He got back last Friday, but will again leave soon for another trip. He had been scouting for guitars, effects and the like. When he told me this, I asked him to shop shure microphones for me while he’s at it. But he ran out of free time to shop around, so he promised he’ll do when he comes back.

This is the fun part of being single. You can go to other countries anytime your boss decides to send you on a business trip. You can buy all the stuff that your band needs. Roam around in your free time. And save some more money at that!

Time to shop.

My youngest brother went to Hong Kong for a business trip. While preparing for his trip, he asked if he can borrow a laptop bag from me. I thought of my bag, and I realized how beat-up it looks. After all, I’ve been using the same laptop bag for 6 years now. I advised for him to ask our other sister, as mine might not be able to last till he comes back.

It got me thinking if I should get myself a small samsonite briefcase, or a laptop trolley bag. This has been my plan since last year, but I never got the chance to check the malls, or browse online to decide on the model. Maybe, it’s time I get one… next month, perhaps?

Creative and budget-friendly ways to decorate your Christmas tree.

While shopping for your Christmas tree, you wonder how you can decorate yours as awesome as the Christmas trees you see in the stores. Ornaments after ornaments, you worry that you will exceed the budget you have set for your tree. Decorating your tree need not be expensive. Here are some of creative but budget-friendly ways to decorate your Christmas tree:

1. Hang old Christmas cards and/or gift cards. You wonder why you even keep them. Here is one cool excuse. Now is the best time to bring out those cards from previous years. Hang each to your tree, with the front page facing. The colorful cards will give that festive look you want. Plus, your friends and family members will be happy to see you’ve kept the cards they gave you.

2. Tie bows on your tree. All you need is two rolls of ribbons, preferably in red and green colors. Cut them, tie into bows, and you’re set! It’s the easiest way to accessorize your tree. Of course, you may add more colors if you want. The more colorful the tree, the more festive it looks.

3. Hang family photos. You may choose to hang either Christmas photos from previous years, or from the current year. Whatever theme you choose, this will be a sure hit to the family.

4. Wrap your tree in paper chains. Strapped for cash? No problem! Just create strings of paper chains from used Christmas wrappers, and wrap it around your tree!

5. Hang small gift boxes. Another creative way to use your old Christmas wrappers is to wrap small boxes, and hang them up the tree. Or, you can actually hang small presents that you will open one by one for each of the 12 days of Christmas.

6. Hang paper stars. Got kids in the family? Why don’t you give each kid some cut-out stars that they themselves can decorate? I’m sure they will be proud to see their works of art up in the Christmas tree.

Whatever you choose to decorate your tree, I’m sure your family will be happy and proud of the hard work you all have put in. So just relax and have fun decorating!

Dance wear.

As previously blogged, I’ll be dancing in our company Christmas party. And one major concern is the outfit. I was able to find a nice pair of pants (but not too long, only below the knee), I’ll just be using my old tank top, and a wide belt.

I still can’t decide whether to just pimp my rubber shoes, or buy a cheap high-cut shoes. I also planned on buying a camo carhartt jacket, but I was told that the group has their own jacket, so I just ordered that one. Good thing, this jacket coordinates with what I’m wearing.

Note: I intentionally didn’t describe my outfit in specifics so it will be a surprise. I’ll just post photos and/or video after. ;)

Excited to shop.

I’m almost done with my wish list that I will use on Blak Friday sale. The items are mostly for my project next year. A pack of photo pockets, an album to hold them, adhesives, cutting tools and a photo printer. I’m putting off buying a cutting machine another year.

But I still can’t decide if I should get a desktop or laptop. Basically I just need something reliable for photo post processing. I still have 2 days to think about it.

Light up.

Nobody in my family smokes but I still feel we should have cigar lighters at home. I find it useful when there’s a major brown-out, and we ran out of matches; or when lighting a candle on birthdays. I remember my uncle who doesn’t smoke but has a collection of lighters at home. According to him, it’s an advantage that he doesn’t smoke. He thinks of all cigar lighters as addition to his collection, not for his personal use, which means all his items are truly never been used.

Costume fun.

I attended a training earlier this afternoon. While waiting for it to start, I was able to chat with some friends, one of them is a parent like me. We are excited about the Trick or Treat activities in the office, and asked each other about our kids’ costumes. I was suggesting a costume for his wife, something that would match the costumes of their kids.

But honestly, I noticed that in the office for the past years, it’s not the the parents who like dressing up during trick or treat activities, but the single ones. I remember seeing a group of guys wearing their Indiana Jones Hats and safari outfits.

Hmm, I wonder what the guys are wearing this year. That’s something to look forward to.

Just stay focused.

We have been looking for nice urban scrubs for sale, as our sending-off gift to a friend threw a despedida party because she will be going away for 2 years. She is going to work as a nurse abroad.

She took medicine in college (nursing as pre-med), and was a doctor in her province for more than 5 years now. As much as she loved working at the town hospital, and closed to her family, she said the pay wasn’t enough to send her siblings to college. Her aunt who sent her through college has passed away. My friend is the only hope of her siblings. It was a sad-happy party. There’s this sad feeling because we know we won’t be seeing her again soon but happy for her family and there’s this hope for her siblings to help their other relatives in need, someday. I hope and pray that Facebook and Skype can help them ease the sadness.
