I heard about the apidexin scam, no worries there because even if I’m trying to lose weight while eating so much (haha), I still haven’t tried taking this diet pill.

Anyway yesterday, we decided to go to Tagaytay. Well, not really. We decided on this a week ago, last Sunday. But during the last 5 weekdays, we didn’t speak or plan about it. When I say we, it meant 10 adults who went to Tagaytay just to have dinner: Bulalo, Crispy Pata, Calamares, Sisig and a bilao of seafoods, over at Leslie’s.

There were 3 kids with us, who had fun crossing the bridge (Leslie’s second floor) so many tiimes. My little girl kept reciting “bridge, mountain, gooey geyser!” which she got from watching too much Dora the Explorer. And yeah, she actually thought gooey geyser is a strawberry-filled little volcano.

It was a long but fun road trip.

I am not feeling so well. Must be the extreme heat, and then going inside an air conditioned room. That, or it could be the too many late nights. Geez, I better not forget my vitamins I’ve been feeling sluggish the past few days.

I also suspect that I now need a pair of eyeglasses. Probably polarized ones. Migraine attacks are aplenty. And the bright lights from my laptop and the office are giving me headaches. “Stop complaining and get a pair of glasses!” That’s what’s playing on my head so why not?

Funny how people write quotes on their Facebook status hoping to “target” one particular person. Or write a blog entry about lipozene, how it was able to help in losing weight with so little effort, and then share the link, just to tease someone who is on a crash diet. Funny because he/she is highly likely to have hidden you from his/her feeds a long time ago. So why bother?

I do not hide specific people. Instead, I hide game updates. I am not interested to know who is currently the highest scorer among my friends, and absolutely, not interested to know how much time my friends spend time playing. I obviously do not play anything on Facebook. I just like browsing travel and party photos. And recently, I started enjoying browsing photos of items for sale. Yes, looks like multiply sellers have ridden onto Facebook’s popularity.

Oh yeah, I did block someone. Meanie!

More often than ever, I’ve been fantasizing about our dream houses. Yes I have more than one dream house. One being a small cozy house where we’ll stay on weekdays and near the city, while another a spacious country house where we’ll stay on weekends far away from the city.

I’ve been thinking of rooms with Progress lighting. I still can’t decide if I prefer romantic looking bedrooms with shades of purple/violet and grey, or fresh theme using shades of white, black and wasabi (yes, that pale minty shade of green).

While reading colon cleanser reviews, our help asked for permission to go out tomorrow evening. I agreed because, first, I understand that she’s young and single. It is just natural for her to want to hang around with boys.

Second, while other helpers take an entire day off, our help just takes off around after dinner and gets back at hmmm, let’s just say, she’s around when we wake up the next morning. Yes, she’s like any other girl in her early 20s, she likes to party late.

Still, I can’t help but remind her to be safe.

While putting on my wrinkle eye cream, I saw on my peripheral my daughter watching me. She’s always like that watching me, her aunts or her grandmothers put on night creams or makeup.

She loves playing with my brushes, and I’m not just talking about my hair brush! Eyeshadow brush, blusher brush, and powder brush, she loves them all. This is how much different she is from me, who learned about these brushes in her late 20s.

Geez!

I was admiring summer trip photos of my friends earlier today. I even asked a friend on the estimated expenses if me, my husband and daughter would go “there”. I was specially attracted to the outdoor chaise lounges. He shared that even if the cost of their entire trip was very affordable, there was nothing much to do. He said they had to go to another place to have fun. He even shared that the island isn’t much for kids, beach being unpredictably deep/shallow. Geez, after learning that, the tourist spot’s now on the bottom of my list.

It’s Friday. Everybody’s out somewhere having a good time, while I’m still working. Still, I’m happy because finally, I’ll have two days of rest!

I had the change to read this 7-dfbx review while taking a break. I’m trying to remember what I ate today. The trouble with being swamped with work is that I tend to eat whatever is accessible, without much consideration to calorie count. Not that I’m very conscious about it now but yes, I check labels once in a while.

But wait, weekends are my no-care-for-diet days! Yay! So, where are we eating?

Have you been watching or watched just even one episode of “Flash Forward”? The storyline is everyone in the planet suddenly passed out and had a glimpse of their future 6 months from that moment.

I sort of imagine myself in that situation. It’s like, if I saw myself doing whatever I am doing now on November 25th last year, would I have been happy or disappointed?

I’d probably be disappointed. I just realized that I am an optimistic person, so hopeful that a dream could happen anytime soon. I could picture myself in a big country house with contemporary sofas and big kitchen and an organic garden, without much consideration as to when and how that would be realized. Law of attraction, right?

And to see that all these dreams won’t be realized in 6 months would be just depressing. Or maybe not. We’ll never know.

No matter how much I’d like to shed these extra pounds, I can’t help giving in to my food cravings. A close friend suggested apidexin but I’m still thinking if I should take or not.

Like if I was successful skipping rice for the entire day, I’d be hungry by night, and the refrigerator inside our room, which is very accessible, has lots of chocolates in it. A bar of Baby Ruth has 280 calories, and a cup of rice only has 200 calories.

While browsing for more information about health savings accounts, the husband asked me if I want to come with him (and his brother and possibly other male friends) to a car show called Hot Summer Nights 3 somewhere at The Fort. I initially agreed then changed my mind when I thought of dust and bad smell of burning tires from all the “drifting”.

Boy I was right. Good thing I didn’t come because expectedly, 99% of the women there were the “models” and that would be so awkward.

The husband didn’t take much photos as there were too many sources of “conflicting” light, or simply, wasn’t in the mood much.
