Bohol trip
It’s officially summertime! So I’m sharing our Bohol experience. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. We all regretted that. We should have stayed LONGER.
At first, our fear was that Mikee would cry incessantly during our flight. So we consulted our pedia who prescribed a medicine to take. So at the last minute, hubby and I decided we won’t give Mikee any medication and let her just experience an airplane ride.
We saw Sarah Geronimo while waiting for our flight. She’s tall, thin and has flawless skin. She was wearing glasses so I can’t say much of her face.
The flight went well. Mikee didn’t cry. She slept halfway but was awake during takeoff and touchdown.
When we arrived at Tagbilaran airport, we were told that our van was situated a kilometer away and that we had to ride tricycles (without pay of course). There was enough space in the URVAN for 11 of us (10 adults and 1 toddler).
We arrived at Aloha Tropical at around 3pm. The rest of the day was spent on the beach (hubby and other friends went on snorkeling) and the pool (Mikee and I stayed in the pool. She hated the beach especially the sand). IMO, Mikee and I missed a lot when we didn’t stay on the beach.
That night, we had beer and chips on the beach, nice!
Here’s one cliche photo hehehe:

This shot was taken by hubby. The light bulbs are covered with shells. Nice huh?

The whole of the second day was spent on the day tour, except for our other friends who went swimming on the beach early that morning.
The third day till around 8am, we went swimming on the beach too. This time, Mikee and I went into the water. She was just hugging me, she hated it. Hehehe. I decided we go to the pool instead. Woah! Mikee enjoyed that! Well, as long as her face doesn’t get wet! Hahaha. I kept telling her “let’s go? let’s take a bath?” she kept telling me “no” with a frown. I think this was the only time we got our tan. But still, I would have wanted a darker tan.
Geez, I want to go back there! Next time, no more day tour, just the beach! Maybe next year. I just hope Mikee would like the beach by then.
